GRIDIRON TRAINING,LLC. was founded by former NFL football player Pat Downey in 2009. We specialize in hardcore strength & conditioning training of athletes at every level. Our mission, is to cater to the serious athletes that are driven to reach their fullest potential, and to help them accomplish all of their individual and team goals. Our staff consists of former Professional and Collegiate athletes and coaches qualified to coach our athletes at the highest level, and give them the edge they need.
